I've been sitting on this one for a while. It's an alternate take, a different framing of this shot. The sidewalk trees out front of this place are wrapped in small white lights, and I like the way they go together with the sign.

Memorial Day weekend visit to Seattle. This was from a roll of slide film -- I think the first I've ever shot. I over-exposed almost the whole roll, from slightly to severely. I'm not sure how that happened.
I took the last two shots on the roll this night in Seattle. The Needle here is over exposed too, but it actually worked in the context of the whole scene. I think it was about a 10- or 12-second exposure.
Just after finishing this shot, I met these folks.
